The owner, who honed his skills for about 20 years at the long-established food stall "Tsukasa" in Nakasu, opened his own stall in 2018 after being selected through a public recruitment process for food stall operators. Despite being a newcomer, his authentic taste and style shine through.
The menu features classic Hakata tonkotsu ramen, grilled local chicken using Fukuoka's premium Hanami-dori chicken, and tonkotsu dashi-maki mentaiko omelet, offering a lineup that is full of Fukuoka flavor.
