HIROSHIMA ORIZURU TOWER is a tourist facility that opened in 2016 next to the Atomic Bomb Dome, a world heritage site, offering a space you've never seen or felt before. The breeze blows through the rooftop observation deck, offering views of the Peace Memorial Park, the Atomic Bomb Dome, and on clear days, Mount Misen on Miyajima. At ORIZURU SQUARE on the 12th floor, you can fold a crane using special origami paper and throw it into the 50m-high glass-walled ORIZURU WALL. Also on the first floor, there is a product hall selling locally loved products and a cafe where you can taste ingredients from Hiroshima.

The Akushu Cafe - PARK SIDE -, which was located on the first floor when the HIROSHIMA ORIZURU TOWER Tower opened in 2016, closed and was newly reopened on March 23, 2024.

About "Akushu Cafe ORGANIC"

Based on the concept of "healthy seasonal drinks for everyone," we offer safe, handmade drinks using mainly local fruits from Hiroshima.

Homemade spiced syrup

Our products do not contain refined sugar or animal-derived ingredients, but instead use organic cane sugar and agave syrup to create a gentle sweetness. We carefully soak seasonal fruits every day in aromatic spices.

Specially blended "Rice soft serve ice cream"

We use "Yamada Nishiki" organic rice, which is grown using organic farming methods without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers. A special mix of organic rice milk, soy milk, and coconut milk creates a rich milky taste. You can enjoy soft serve ice cream that is 100% plant-based.

There are plenty of other menu items to enjoy!

They also sell the recently popular "Spiced Hot Water," which is hot water with added spices, and their original blend of MOUNT COFFEE.
