This year, we will once again be welcoming leading ocarina performer Sojiro and pianist, composer and lyricist Kobayashi Masato, who will also perform with local junior high school students. Okura Village is a small village with a population of approximately 3,000 people located in the Mogami region in the northern part of Yamagata Prefecture, surrounded by Mt. Gassan, Mt.
