The appeal of the Uchiwa Festival: What is the Uchiwa Festival?

The famous "Kumagaya Uchiwa Festival" will be held in Kumagaya City, Saitama Prefecture from July 20th (Sat) to 22nd (Mon), 2024! This festival is a big event that makes you feel excited and excited just by watching it! During the festival, gorgeous floats (Image 1) and food stalls will parade around the city, and you will definitely be overwhelmed by their impressive appearance!

Furthermore, all the floats gather together for an event called "beating," where the sounds of festival music reverberate throughout the area, bringing the excitement of the festival to a climax! This is the perfect event to enjoy the summer in Kumagaya.
