There are a variety of restaurants on the basement floor of Building 10 of "Senba Center Building," which is directly connected to Osaka Metro Honmachi Station and Sakaisuji Honmachi Station.

In one corner of the area is Junkissa Hiro, a popular cafe that retains a retro Showa-era feel.

"We take our time to steam the pudding for an hour and a half. We don't offer takeout, so you can only enjoy it inside the shop," says owner Higuchi. The "Homemade Golden Pudding," served with fruit and ice cream, is chewy yet smooth, accented with bittersweet caramel.

The "Original Osaka Specialty Fluffy and Soft Egg Sandwich" is a sandwich made with three fluffy eggs, tomato and cucumber. The red, yellow and green colors of the sandwich bring back fond memories and flavors. The gentle flavor fills your mouth, filling your stomach and your heart.

The rich menu, including siphon-brewed coffee, homemade jellies, and the new panna cotta, along with the flickering light of the antique-style lamps, create a relaxing atmosphere.
