"Kanazawa curry," a local delicacy loved for many years. An evolved version of the diner was born.

Kanazawa curry is the soul food of Ishikawa Prefecture. It is a thick, dark curry roux covering rice served on a stainless steel plate, topped with a pork cutlet and cabbage as garnish. The originator of Kanazawa curry, Champion Curry (lovingly nicknamed "Chan-curry" by locals), opened "CHAMPION'S CURRY DINER" in September 2024.

In a pop-style restaurant modeled after an American diner, you can enjoy spicy dishes such as the classic L-katsu curry topped with crispy pork cutlet, and spaghetti Neapolitan with meat sauce, and soft drinks are included during lunchtime.

Other collaborative menu items include fried jalapeno snacks made with crab sticks by local company "Sugiyo," and Beaver Tacos in a Bag, an adaptation of Hokuriku Seika's "Beaver" fried rice crackers, as well as kombu-jime ceviche, made by marinating the local dish kombu-jime, and are sure to surprise and impress.
