A dish that lets you taste Okinawa
"Seifan" (vegetable rice), available for breakfast, is a traditional Okinawa dish with roots in the court cuisine of the Ryukyu Kingdom era. It's a unique Okinawa dish similar to "dashi chazuke" (rice with broth), where finely chopped, colorful ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms and eggs are placed on top of rice and then topped with a bonito-based broth.
