The Naruto Station Tourist Information Center is a facility located next to the JR Naruto Station building.

The Naruto Station Tourist Information Center has installed a digital signage terminal for the AI tourist information system "AI Sakura-san".
"AI Sakura-san," an interactive AI, provides easy-to-understand tourist information using voice responses, text, and maps.
The service supports multiple languages (English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean), making it accessible to foreign visitors tourists. For questions that the AI cannot answer, staff from the Naruto City Whirlpool Tourism Association will provide guidance via video call using the remote customer service function. They will guide you on restaurants, transportation, and seasonal tourist attractions.
We also have various tourist brochures and other materials available inside the building.

What are the opening hours?
Our hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are closed on Mondays (if Monday is a public holiday, we will be open and closed the following day), and during the New Year holidays.
Are there coin lockers available?
There are no coin lockers at the Naruto Station Tourist Information Center or around JR Naruto Station. Therefore, when using JR Naruto Station, please use Ekubo Cloak. You will need to download the "Ekubo Cloak" app and make a reservation in advance.
