LE CHOU CHOU -SWEETS & DELI-, a take-out only shop that brings the culinary pleasures of a hotel into your daily life, opened at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba on September 15th, 2026 (Tuesday). You can enjoy the chef's carefully crafted flavors at home, or take them home as a gift for someone special.

In the midst of busy days, we wanted to offer moments that lift your spirits, like putting on your favorite things, and that's why we adopted the concept of "Adding a 'favorite' to your everyday life." Our stores offer products in three categories: sweets, bread, and delicatessen. We have a lineup that will add color to various scenes of our customers' lifestyles, from daily meals to gifts.

The concept is to have one "favorite" item in your everyday life.

"LE CHOU CHOU-SWEETS & DELI-" aims to provide moments of joy amidst busy daily life. We adopted this concept with the hope that you will find your favorite item to match your mood each day, whether it's for tea time at home, a meal, or a gift for someone special.

The shop's name comes from the French word "chouchou," meaning "favorite." The interior design is inspired by a patisserie on a Parisian street corner. The interior features a calm color scheme as the base, accented with vibrant coral pink and pistachio gold. The display cases are filled with a wide variety of colorful sweets, breads baked fresh every morning, and delicatessen items, offering a delightful and exciting experience.

The item that embodies the store's concept is "LE CHOU CHOU," named after the store itself. This exquisitely crafted cake is modeled after an elegant handbag, and is topped with raspberries, floral chocolates, and edible flowers like charms, expressing the excitement of going out with your favorite handbag.

② BREAD

In addition to our standard offerings, our breads, infused with the chef's rich creativity, will brighten your breakfast table every morning.

Our particularly recommended "Sablé Crust Curry Bread" is characterized by its slightly sweet cookie dough topping.
