Handpan player Mayu (Mayuko Hoshino)

A handpan player and spatial sound artist residing in Nakijin Village, Okinawa. She cherishes the sounds born from Okinawa's nature and tranquility, and her work revolves around the theme of "sounds that complement the space." She performs in hotel lounges, wellness spaces, reception parties, temples, shrines, and other venues.

Find the Tonttu! (Kids' Experience): A fun, interactive event where children search for the Nordic fairies, "Tonttu," hidden throughout the store.

2. The chef's performance is a must-see! Teppanyaki "Izumizaki"

~Enjoy an exquisite Christmas course at the only hotel in the prefecture designated as a "Kobe Beef Registered Restaurant"~

This top-class teppanyaki restaurant was the first hotel in Okinawa Prefecture to be designated as a "Kobe Beef Registered Restaurant." Enjoy a blissful Christmas dinner featuring the finest Wagyu beef and seafood, accompanied by a live performance where the chef grills the food right before your eyes with both splendor and delicacy. Lunch courses include dishes such as "Teppanyaki of Okinawan Fish with Turnip Bounty" and "Shrimp and Kobe Beef Chawanmushi." For dinner, we offer Kobe beef hamburgers grilled right in front of you on the teppan, and "Naha Tuna" from Naha, a major tuna producing area. The tuna is lean, allowing you to savor the deliciousness unique to red meat. In addition, we have incorporated ingredients befitting Christmas, such as foie gras and lobster. Throughout the period, the restaurant will be decorated with flower arrangements and candles to create a festive Christmas atmosphere.

Two strawberry cocktails with a red theme will be available. "Cardinal Bouquet" is a mocktail that combines vibrant hibiscus tea with homemade cardamom syrup, offering a rich aroma.

"Crimson Night" is a cocktail that combines Okinawa brown sugar rum and brandy, using locally sourced botanicals, and its striking, vibrant red color makes it a captivating drink for winter nights, with a deep, lingering finish.

Live piano and cello performances are planned for the latter half of December. The addition of music will create a special atmosphere befitting the approaching Christmas season.
