The signature dishes available year-round include "Roasted Wagyu Beef Thigh Marinated in Salted Rice Malt for 48 Hours," which the chef finishes right in front of you, and photogenic, jewel-like sweets created by the pastry chef.

"Roasted Wagyu Beef Thigh Marinated in Shio Koji for 48 Hours" is made by marinating the meat in Shio Koji, a Japanese fermented seasoning, for 48 hours to bring out its umami flavor and create a moist and tender texture. From roast beef carved right in front of you by the chef, to Christmas sweets such as Buche de Noël, and seasonal yellowtail, salmon, and roast chicken, we will welcome you in a splendid setting perfect for a special time spent with loved ones.

At the "Live Station," where chefs prepare dishes right in front of you, a special version of roast beef will be offered for Christmas and New Year's only (December 24-26, December 31-January 2), featuring sautéed foie gras and truffle sauce. (Limited to one serving per person) In addition, "Sautéed Jamón Serrano and Mozzarella Cheese" will also be available at the Live Station. Each dish is sautéed on a hot plate to order.
