From classic Okinawa dishes to a variety of carefully crafted menu items, you can experience Okinawa food culture according to your preferences.
Fresh Tuna, Local Ingredients & More: Okinawa's Ultimate Breakfast

For breakfast, enjoy a seafood bowl featuring exceptionally fresh "Nahama tuna", adorned with natural raw tuna and a special dashi broth.
At the breakfast buffet, we offer fresh Okinawa seafood, including "Naha Maguro," a wild-caught raw tuna that is landed at Tomari Port in Naha City without ever being frozen after being caught in the waters off Okinawa . We also offer sea grapes, Okinawa Prefecture squid, and sweet shrimp with heads on at the buffet. You can create your own seafood bowl and enjoy Okinawa's wild-caught tuna to your heart's content. Pile your favorite ingredients overflowing into the bowl and finish it off with our special soy sauce to create your own original seafood bowl.

The head chef's special blend of bonito flakes from Motobu and kelp from Hokkaido creates a unique broth.
In Motobu Town , Okinawa Prefecture , there is the prefecture's only katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes) factory, which produces "arabushi," characterized by its robust umami and smoky aroma. The head chef was inspired by the robust umami and smoky aroma of "Motobu-produced katsuobushi" from Motobu Town, Okinawa Prefecture , and devised a simple dashi (broth) by combining it with " Hokkaido-produced kelp." The restaurant offers Okinawa cuisine and creative dishes that are particular about using dashi made from Motobu-produced katsuobushi.
Guests enjoying breakfast can choose between two venues: "Ryukouka," which offers a buffet of fresh Okinawa seafood, and "Buffet & Grill QWACHI," which serves everything from Western dishes to classic Okinawa cuisine. You can enjoy your breakfast according to your mood each day.
