[Day 2] Sightseeing at Lake Kawaguchiko
I took a walk along the northern shore of Lake Kawaguchiko early in the morning.
11:00: Take a taxi to Mishima Station
12:00: Arrive at Mishima Station. Enjoy Mishima's local cuisine and visit Mishima Shrine.
Around Mishima Station, you'll find a variety of long-loved local delicacies , including specialty eel restaurants, Mishima croquettes , and wasabi-zuke.
Near the station are tourist attractions such as Mishima Taisha Shrine, Mishima Municipal Park Rakujuen, and Mishima Sky Walk , so we recommend planning to enjoy sightseeing in Mishima rather than heading directly from Lake Kawaguchiko to Kansai areas such as Osaka or Kyoto .
