How to rent a bicycle - from reception to rental

As soon as you enter there is the reception desk.

Choose your favorite bike from three different bikes.

* There are no children's bicycles or bicycles with child seats available.

*Minimum usage time is 2 hours.

*You cannot use the car across two days. Please make sure to return the car by 6:00 p.m.

*Those who check in between 4:00pm and 4:30pm can use the facility for one hour.

Deluxe Electric Bike

■2 hours: 1,400 yen ■3 hours: 2,100 yen ■4 hours: 2,800 yen ■1 day: 3,500 yen (9:00-18:00)

Standard electric bicycle ■2 hours: 1,200 yen ■3 hours: 1,800 yen ■4 hours: 2,400 yen ■1 day: 3,000 yen (9:00-18:00)

Regular bicycle

■2 hours: 1,000 yen ■3 hours: 1,500 yen ■4 hours: 2,000 yen 1 day: 2,500 yen (9:00-18:00)

Fill out the bicycle rental application form

Fill in your name, phone number, etc., then read and sign the terms and conditions.

ID verification

Present your ID such as a passport, driver's license or any other form of ID.

Payment

You can pay by cash, VISA, MASTER card, Alipay, or WeChatpay!

Get your Bicycle rental card

Please keep it safe until you return it so that you don't lose it. *Please note that if you return it after the time limit, an extra fee will be charged!

In addition, Bicycle rental users can use the "luggage storage service" at a special price. Bicycle rental users can store their luggage for 300 yen per item, regardless of the size of the luggage. (Normally, luggage under 60 cm in height is 500 yen, and luggage over 60 cm in height is 800 yen.)

Returning the bike

Please be sure to adhere to the time indicated on your Bicycle rental card! If you exceed the time limit, an additional fee will be charged.

Also, you cannot drop off the car, so be sure to return it on time.
