From December 1, 2026 to January 17, 2027, Hilton Tokyo Odaiba will be offering afternoon tea featuring strawberry sweets and desserts themed after fir trees and reindeer. Guests can enjoy this treat along with views of Tokyo Bay, including the Rainbow Bridge.

Our afternoon tea, available during the winter season, features adorable sweets made with seasonal strawberries, items with wintery motifs, warm savory dishes, and all-you-can-eat scones and sandwiches.

Another item worth noting is the afternoon tea stand. Designed by "D-écrudesign," this hotel-original stand focuses on stainless steel scraps left over from the production of sluice gates and waterproof doors. Using a specially developed polishing machine, the scraps are transformed into gleaming tableware, resulting in a truly exceptional stand.

The distinctive shape is inspired by the exterior of the Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, and is designed to beautifully showcase sweets and savory items from any angle. Enjoy the elegant stand that adds a touch of elegance to your tea time.

The sweets featured in this winter-only afternoon tea include a "Matcha Mont Blanc" with flavorful matcha cream shaped like a fir tree, a "Profiterole" shaped like a reindeer, and a "Fraisier Pistache" decorated with snowflakes and designed to resemble a gift box—all finished in a wintery style.

Furthermore, you can enjoy the vibrant charm of fruits in classic strawberry shortcakes and mousses, "Mascarpone and Hibiscus Fruits Rouges" which combines the refreshing tartness of strawberries and raspberries with the richness of cheese, and "Griotte Mousse" which captures the deep sweetness of cherries.

The "Rossini Burger with Japanese Black Wagyu Roast Beef and Foie Gras" is a luxurious dish where the juicy flavor of Japanese Black Wagyu beef and foie gras melt together in your mouth. The "Camembert Cheese Fry Pinchos" features rich cheese accented with the sweet and sour taste of blackcurrant jam. The "Mushroom Potage" is a soup that condenses the rich aroma and umami of mushrooms, combined with sausage and spinach for a deep and flavorful taste.

Seasonal scones and sandwiches are all-you-can-eat.
