OCAT (Osaka City Air Terminal) is one of the largest bus terminals in western Japan. It is directly connected to JR Namba Station, and can also be accessed via underground passages from Nankai Electric Railway, Kintetsu Railway, and Osaka Metro's Namba Station.

If you don't have time to go outside, or if your waiting time is short, you can stay inside OCAT. The terminal has chain convenience stores, 100-yen shops, drugstores, and other stores where you can purchase drinks, earplugs, and other items you might need during your ride.
There are plenty of restaurants, including fast food chains, cafes, udon shops, okonomiyaki restaurants, sushi restaurants, and more, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat before or after your ride.
