The lobby has already been renovated, the hotel's all-day dining restaurant has reopened after a renovation, and in December 2026, a total of 26 suites and executive rooms will be completely transformed.

In this guest room renovation, we focused not only on specifications such as size and facilities, but also on the experiential value that can be achieved at the hotel, in order to embody the worldview of "TOKYO STILLNESS." The renovation centered on creating a high-quality space that harmonizes with the view of Tokyo Bay that unfolds before your eyes, and providing a stay that feels like "owning a private residence in Tokyo."

We introduce the newly renovated rooms at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba, which boast an overwhelming sense of openness, with all guest rooms featuring private balconies.

Presidential Terrace Bath Suite

This is the only suite in the hotel, boasting a sprawling 200 square meters. The living room, with its large windows offering panoramic views of Tokyo Bay, features a spacious L-shaped sofa perfect for relaxing with a large group. As you unwind, you can watch the ever-changing scenery of Tokyo Bay unfold before your eyes. Furthermore, it is equipped with a private kitchen, a bar counter, and a dining table that seats 10, making your stay feel like a second home.

This bright and open suite is designed to complement the view from the large windows, creating a sense of connection with the surrounding landscape. The color scheme is based on beige and greige, with wood panels and gold accents. The carpet features a blue-green gradient design reminiscent of the shimmering ocean.

The private outdoor terrace, complete with a wooden deck, features a jacuzzi, daybed, and table. It can be used not only for bath time, but also as an open-air living space where you can feel the changing breeze and light while enjoying the spectacular view of Tokyo Bay .

Executive Deluxe Rainbow Bridge View Room
