Located in the beautiful town of Komono in Mie Prefecture, Hinodeya Confectionery is a long-established store offering Japanese sweets with a rich local flavor. Founded in the 1950s, it has been loved by locals for many years, and continues to pursue new flavors while preserving tradition. Their "Yunohana Senbei" is a nostalgic carbonated rice cracker that is light and crunchy with a subtle sweetness and unique texture.
Yunoyama Deep Steamed Ise Tea Manju

These buns are made with plenty of Ise tea kneaded into the dough and shaped into a leaf shape that evokes the nature and tea fields of Yunoyama Onsen. They are castella-baked buns stuffed with moderately sweet bean paste.
Ropeway waffle

The crispy plain waffles are packed in a bright red package shaped like the Gozaisho Ropeway. I wonder what to put in the can after I've finished eating them...
Egg crackers Yunoyama Ondo

This rice cracker comes with packaging depicting the Yunoyama Ondo dance. It is a nostalgic egg rice cracker made with local low-calorie eggs.
